I began my career as a Relationship Consultant, working with individuals on areas in their lives and careers where they were either limited or stuck or yearning for something far beyond where they were when they hired me. I had no idea what my future had in store for me or the depth of what I would learn about people and myself.

Over the years, I developed ways of reaching people in the area of relationships that people tell me time after time, that they have never seen before. These methods are unique. As an example, sometime soon after I begin working with a client, I demonstrate “Speaking to the Wall”. I step up to a wall and speak to it, with my nose pressed right up against that wall. The purpose of this demo is to powerfully and explicitly illustrate the impossible restrictions we all as human beings are imprisoned by. Here I am talking to this wall and proving how my life works and how effective I communicate…and what I consistently accomplish on the job, and in my personal life, right up against the Wall!

At some point, after the room is cracking up laughing, I step back...and begin to speak to the wall from a distance. They so get that they can only see the details with their nose pressed up against that was. The vision can only be realized from a distance. This small, yet profound demo has shifted worlds… The Wall Come Tumbling Down…and the results are immediate.

I have a gift available to all of us, I listen very closely to what people are saying and not saying, and particularly listen for an unexpressed passion that is locked up and sometimes even distorted. As a relationship consultant, I evolved to a business consultant, who evolved to a professional coach, strategist and mediator.
